1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the cbk33 online casino and sports betting website accessible at cbk33.io, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the cbk33 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or uses any part of the cbk33 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account by cbk33.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a game, sporting event, or other outcome available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on cbk33, accessing the Platform, placing any Wager, or accepting any Bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and cbk33 in relation to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or arrangements, whether oral or written.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

The cbk33 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any Wager on the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. cbk33 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the cbk33 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform is designed for players residing in Bangladesh. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, you do so at your own risk. cbk33 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in all locations.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the cbk33 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, cbk33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.4 Exclusion List

Individuals who have previously self-excluded from the cbk33 Platform or who are on any self-exclusion register that cbk33 participates in are not permitted to register a new Account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of this Agreement.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cbk33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify cbk33 support immediately via live chat.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbk33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, cbk33 may require you to submit one or more of the following: a valid national identity card or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being held or an Account being restricted.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the cbk33 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other supported institutions. 5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your Account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support. cbk33 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within one hour for mobile wallet methods during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may take longer. cbk33 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction. cbk33 is not liable for transactions that fail due to limits enforced by your mobile wallet provider or bank.

5.5 Return of Funds

cbk33 reserves the right to return deposits and close Accounts at its sole discretion. In such cases, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the original deposit method. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on the cbk33 Platform are subject to individual offer terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum qualifying deposit amounts. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the individual offer terms, the individual offer terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms. Not all game types contribute equally towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

cbk33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and using automated software to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, cbk33 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold winnings derived from abusive play, and permanently close the Account.

6.4 Withdrawal of Offers

cbk33 reserves the right to amend, suspend or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already fulfilled qualifying conditions, cbk33 will honour the bonus for that Player's existing qualifying session.

7. Game Rules & Betting

7.1 Game Availability

The cbk33 game library is subject to change. cbk33 may add, remove or modify games at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location or device. cbk33 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.

7.2 Random Number Generation

All casino games on the cbk33 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied and independently audited by the respective Game Provider. cbk33 does not modify, interfere with or override game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate to the Game Provider's certification at the time of integration.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error or network interruption that disrupts the normal outcome of a round, all Wagers placed during the affected session are void and the corresponding stakes are returned to the Player's Account. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — no winnings will be paid from a session in which a verifiable malfunction occurred.

7.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are subject to their own market-specific rules. In-play markets are settled based on official results from recognised governing bodies (BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.). cbk33 reserves the right to suspend, void or re-price markets in the event of suspected match irregularity, significant late team changes, or data feed failure.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum Wager amounts per round or per event are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook market. Attempting to place a Wager outside these limits will result in the Wager being automatically rejected. cbk33 is not liable for any losses arising from a misunderstanding of applicable stake limits.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cbk33 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, including sharing hand or game information in real time during live casino sessions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or financial fraud using the Platform.
• Charging back deposits made via mobile wallets or bank transfers after corresponding Wagers have been placed.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Making any threatening, abusive or offensive communications to cbk33 staff or other Players.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, cbk33 may immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, withhold all balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities. cbk33 will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cbk33 Platform — including but not limited to the cbk33 name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of cbk33 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, sell or otherwise exploit any content from the cbk33 Platform without prior written authorisation from cbk33. Unauthorised use of cbk33 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbk33 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, regardless of whether cbk33 had been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, third-party system outages (including mobile wallet service interruptions), or circumstances beyond cbk33's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any content or conduct of third-party Game Providers.

In all cases where cbk33 is found to be liable to you, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

11. Privacy & Data

cbk33 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. In summary, cbk33 collects only the data necessary to operate your Account, process payments, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal obligations.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

cbk33 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, cbk33 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address on their Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting cbk33 support via live chat. Upon requesting Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.3 Termination by cbk33

cbk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed, where required by applicable law or a lawful authority, where a Player's activity poses a financial or reputational risk to cbk33, or where a Player is found to be ineligible under Section 3. In cases of Account closure for breach, cbk33 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

12.4 Governing Language

This Agreement is written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. Any translation of this Agreement into another language is provided for convenience only and has no legal effect. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.

12.5 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
